[Azurael's Circle: Chapter 1]

The game is pretty good, I specially like the atmosphere, making each new creepy event happen progressively through the game as the player finds new itens and infos was great. There's some criticism to be made, of course. Although the art is not bad, it's a little bland, doesn't help that much in generating the creepy feeling the music and writing go for. Also, the story is a little too short and cliche, that's fine to be honest, I think the game was still much enjoyable for it's atmosphere more than anything, the writing may not be particularly different or specially creative, but it does sell the feel of the game. Overall, great job, hope my short criticism was constructive. Keep improving your games mate!

Thanks for taking the time to give that feedback. For Chapter 2 the story will be less "murder-mystery" and more a mystery about why would somebody perform a ritual like this. Hopefully gives it a more interesting take. As far as art goes, I'll try and give more detail that adds to the creepiness. Thanks again for the great feedback! Hope you stick around for Chapter 2.

Terrible game

Great writing, great humor, great characters. Great game, just nails everything it tries to do. Loved it, keep the good work!

[CAVE EXPLOR]

There's a real sense of angst and despair in the game atmosphere that I really felt through the environment, the enemies and the mechanics. It could have improved here and there, scenario sometimes looks a bit repetitive and the level design is sometimes confusing as to guiding the player once it finds itself lost (and it will, and should). But a great game, loved it! Keep up the good work!

[Dial N For Noir: Prologue]

Nice writing, the visuals fit, and gameplay is good, loves the music. Overall this would be a 4 stars game but this one... I'ts so charming, so full of references to those noir movies I love, such a lighthearted yet grim atmosphere... Loved the game, it simply struck me in a very personal level because I LOVE noir movie/culture. Great job!

[Metropolis Lux Obscura [Preview]]

Amazing! Loved the story and the visuals. Surprisingly enough the match-3 gameplay worked quite well with the game, being a pause of the chronicle for the gameplay, the progression system is also great. Overall the game is great, congratulations!

This is a perfect example of what I want to see in Newgrouds. Fun, intuitive, engaging and overall , simple, even minimalistic. Just perfect, loved the game!
